"Outstandingly brilliant pizza! By far the best I’ve had for decades, and I go back to the original Carlton Toto’s in Lygon Street and Pulcinella in Elgin Street in the 1970s. Perfect mix of thinnish crispy base and matched amount of topping. Not like the usual doughy bases and excessive and sloppy toppings where quantity substitutes for quality. This is exactly the crispy base I’ve been wanting for ages, but haven’t found it until now despite always ordering thin bases elsewhere. Ability to add extras at a fair price allowed me to make my capricciosa just how I like it. Not too sure about the Remus pizza, given that Romulus killed his twin brother in a town planning dispute about Rome around 700 BC, but perhaps the guilt endures."

"Silena is hands down the best service worker I’ve ever seen. The way they managed the whole front of house while often dipping in to the understaffed line was absolutely remarkable. The no nonsense approach to stupid customers was highly appreciated. As a manager of a food truck, I wouldn’t hesitate to employ Silena quicker. Brilliant stuff."
